Is this box and BMS work well? Is this kit worth the price?

I have it and I am happy with it. The BMS cables are short though and it is best to make some extension cables.

Won't the batteries have a cooling problem in this case? Why are there no fans?

Highly unlikely. The box is supposed to be equipped with 16x280ah or 304ah batteries and the box comes with 150A breaker. Of course it can be changed, but even a 200A current is under 1C and 0.5C(150A) charge/discharge current is a breeze for these batteries.

oh these funny comments about fans inside battery case. .If your battery getting hot you probably have a problem with wires. where have you seen battery with fans inside.
