What a clear and concise explanation. I love how Ronda can simplify understanding the steps with examples like door knob/ door hinge/ kicking a soccer ball and so on. It really helps to grasp the feeling and getting the concept while someone is just watching the technique. She has a lot of patience and passion for what she's doing. I could see one of the reasons which makes her a high level athlete .

@TroyNaumu808
@TroyNaumu808 4 жыл бұрын
@@manishjay5666 Amanda is not a former olympic champion. Amanda has 4 loses in her MMA career which is 2 more than Ronda. She is only a Brown Belt in Judo whereas Ronda is a 6th dan black belt in Judo. Amanda has only 4 title defences whereas Ronda had 6. Amanda was never a Strikeforce Champion nor she was ever a WWE Champion. Also she is ducking Cat Zingano who royally kicked her ass the last time they fought.
@honeyandlavender_
@honeyandlavender_ 3 жыл бұрын
Troy Naumu Bruh you stupid as fuck. Those 4 losses mean shit when she has 20 VICTORIES; 13 by KO. Rousey only has 12. She KO the woman Rousey ran away from for 7 YEARS. RR NEVER fought champions. Amanda did and she beat them in less than an entire round. And that includes a 19x boxing world champion (holm), a 17x muay thai world champion (shevchenko) & a 4x mma champion (cyborg). Cat Zingano is the one running away from Amanda. Nunes accepted the fight, but Zingano ran away to Bellator lmfao. Also, why are you ignorant the fact that she’s a black belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu ???? That’s a bigger advantage against Rousey. But that doesn’t help your argument, does it? 😂😂 WWE championships are SHIT next to real championships. All that is fixed. They HAND you the title. You don’t fight. So why the fuck even bring it up? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
