Girl I am 28 years old and I'm trying to learn how to do a heel stretch but I'm not flexible

+Tiffany Venson the best thing for you to do is stretch lots and lots of stretching. Make time everyday to stretch and the more flexible you get the easier it will be. Because a heel stretch is a spilt in the air. So if you are able to master a spilt you are 3/4 of the way there.

Ok..I can't even do a spilt..lol..so all I have to do is stretch everyday and I will be able to do this ..one more thing what kind of stretches do I need to do..by the way I love your videos

+Tiffany Venson so you do straight forward bending, pyramid pose (head to knee standing up), straddle (when you are sitting down have your legs open and go from side to side), butterfly (head to feet), lung and put your arms on the floor for a deep stretch, when you are sitting down try and reach your feet with your hands, also what you can do to help is getting a elastic band which you can use when learning your heel stretch to pull your leg up closer until you feel comfortable doing it on your own. And for more stretching I have a video called how to become flexible. I hope this helps.
