What maps and exercises should I do to get more comfortable with parkour? Like a beginner/intermediate/expert progression

I'd say practice running, as many steps as you can until you fall and can't save it, then start again. Eventually you pick up on what joints to control. It basically comes down to practice and experience I will be making 2 tutorials on running very soon, tomorrow or monday and a helpful tool to use for starting parkour.

@@ConCon if they're asking how to flip they probably want to learn tricking aka -30, they can't learn much in the wrong gravity it'll be hard to transfer over

Sure but these are white to yellow belts asking so they need a basic idea first of what joints do and how to flip, the more they practise and try and get into it they will adapt
