I’m 13 and I just started cutting my own hair, and so far it’s been great! No major mistakes, just had a baldspot on the sides because I forgot to put on the guard, but it grew back a few days later.

U gotta communicate. And sometimes as a barber myself we see things that normal customers dont. Like they might Ask for a Line up and in their head they think its just to cut the Line up and boom its perfect. Some people dont have a good canvas to begin with so u might have to push them back a lil bit to Get a crisp Line up

U make a section right at the highest point of hairline that is parallel with ur pupils, u trim it down with the grain with a 1 open and then u line it up
