This is one of my favourite tricks to do on my garden trampoline! I learnt it with a side flip and just turning to the side into it and then facing back out to where I came from, and over time it became more twisty and the side flip alone wasn’t as noticeable!

Yeah that definitely a problem underflows are set in the opposite direction

I did the opposite, I tried learning misty 900 but ended up doing a rudy ( front 540 ) instead

I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong I keep doing a weird off acid front flip when I send it but all the other steps I did fine

Dunno if u will see this, but do you have any tips on how to rotate faster. My misty steps are fine to the overotated back drop but when i tried to send it or land in doggy position i do some wierd ass frontlip/sideflip

Basically a front flip 180, just less flippy

How is that a 540? Is it because you do a flip in the air? Wouldn't that not be a rotation?

@@nebula2294 it is a 180 twist but I think since you are rotating on a horizontal axis it's called a 540
