You should make videos of how you learnd these moves because I don't think you tried this on grass first.

Bicajanu Mihai watch the whole video. I say to adjust you're environment. But I did just do it on grass. Once I learned the progressions, it wasn't that scary

I always was confused with that move.I don't know if i get this move soon.When i left the one leg and i am going to kick with the other i am really scared because i am feeling like i am doing a back flip with the one leg and this is very difficult.Also always i am thinking of that my rotation will be very slow and i will land it in my head.....I can do a back flip but running gainer i am scared to do it what you recommend me to do?

I recommend to not flip straight away when you set the flip set like a normal backflip get some height first then tuck. But make sure you don't tuck too late tuck just after you kick your leg up for height.

What progressions can I do 4 a cheat gainer. I watched ur tutorial. I can standing gainer. I've tried the slowly get more vertical thing but it's not working. It's hard to use a Mat cause I land similar to where I take off. Any suggestions.
