Thank you for sharing this with us. Ive used trello for a few months now but have loads of boards for different things. I love how you simplify the board using checklists within a card for different topics. Going to try this myself and also get into the habit of a weekly review.

Hey, Gail. I'm glad this was helpful. If you want to join me and 15 other entrepreneurs create and maintain their action dashboard in Trello this September, there is one spot left! zacharysexton.com/clean-slate/

Thank you for sharing, I've been a long time fan of Getting Things Done but was bouncing around a bit in Trello trying to figure out the best way to integrate it. This gave me a lot of ideas.

I'm glad it helped. The new snooze and repeat card features have made a big difference for me. Let me know if you have any questions. I'd be happy to answer or make another vid :-)

Thank you Zachary. As a David Allen fan and an Austin online entrepreneur who is seeking to transition to Trello, I found this video on How to Do a Weekly Review in Trello very helpful.I am curious: What are your Weekly Learnings? I assume they are notes on things you learned that week?

Great video! My team and I use Trello and I was thinking I had to pay for a separate software for team reporting. You've saved me some money! Thanks!!!!

Great video! I'm interested on what exactly is "12 weak tracker". I understand the philosophy behind it, but I'm interested on what you actually use for keeping track of your progress (platform, journal, app, etc). Thanks!

That's a Nice way to use Trello as a TM. See that you evolve it a lot !! Actually for personal TM I don't use Trello, just for shared projects. But I set it as horizons similar to you sistem, anual goals, Quarter, week, dos. But you system makes me curios how do you set you day ? I didn't see a list with tasks to plan your day. Or do you use another tool ?With the TM I can review my goals, review due tasks and pick more tasks that makes me closer to my goals. Don't know if you remember me, but I'm from the Dojo and keeps following your work!

Hey Jorge. I totally remember talking with you. I actually put my daily and weekly to-dos on physical sticky notes. I learned that technique from Jim Benson of Personal Kanban (www.personalkanban.com/pk/). He'll be on the podcast tomorrow. You should definitely check it out. He's wicked smart and super down to earth.

Thanks, that's super useful! I've just started getting into a GTD system and maybe you can help me out with something. For now my GTD system is for personal stuff, mostly because, as a consultant, my work stuff is project based and so on Trello I have one board for each project I work on, with three lists: backlog (usually based on key workstreams), in progress, and done. I'd quite like though to have everything put in one system. For example, I might want to prepare for a call on one of my projects during the weekend and it would be useful to see it at the same time as all the personal stuff I have to do... Do you have any tips on how to achieve this? or maybe on things I might want to consider when building my overall system? Many thanks!

Something like a Personal Kanban might help here. I made a short free course on how to set that up. I put the link in the description :-)

Are you still using Trello? I failed to understand your how you differentiate between Current Ongoing Projects and This Quarter. I believe This Quarter would be for projects that you want to have a definite end date and COP would be for indefinite projects, but I'm not entirely sure. Otherwise, great video! It is helping me transition to Trello.

Still using it! And you are correct, the Current Ongoing list is for projects that never end e.g. newsletter or podcast. Projects with definite end dates e.g. a course or group coaching go on the Quarterly list. Thanks for the compliments. I've got a free training that can help you with more of the advanced features. You can check it out here: zacharysexton.com/trello-tour
