it depends, if you are a beginner it will take long... If I don't film just set up I can this in 1and half hour but because I did filmed this set up it took me 3 hours thats including talking and distractions in the sorroundings.. By the way I only did the table set up here. The hospitality students did all the guest circle tables.thanks

I really love watching this video of yours ma'am Lorena. I missed doing these especially during events from our school together with my classmates. We don't usually used the ribbon but it was really a great technique, wow! And I love the pink silk cloth for it really adds more beauty to the table. It's simple yet elegant one. Amazing!

i suggest find the center of the table, then find the center of the table skirt then start the skirting there, for balance distribution of cloth/skirt. Use tape measure or ruler for equal distance of pleats

AIDA CRUZ I don't use ruler or tape measure I just used my instincts. Under the table there is indicator there where the center of the table is. Thanks for your suggestion. The uneveness of the table skirting it doesn't really matter because after putting the table accent it will just come together. Like most of the tutorial Ive watch you don't need to do it so perfectly specially if you only have limited time.

thank you, so far we are always on top for about 8-10yrs we're always make it to top 3. As a matter of fact some of our contestant then/graduated already , are now a successful event organizer and also doing event set up. thank you for your time and for the reply i really appreciated it.
