Wow Dani, love this classic voluminous hair tutorial. Love to see more of these tutorials in the future. How about the very trendy glossy sleek straight hair next?? Or the tousled waves with straight ends maybe?? We would also love to see more hairstyles that have different hair textures...if you could bring some of your pageant friends with other hair textures?

You're so welcome. If you'd like a really nice swoop it's best to have the hair layered around your face. This makes it soooo much easier.

Thanks, Dani! Your teasing method works like a charm! I am afraid to burn myself with the curling iron, lol, I usually pin-curl my hair when damp, let it dry or sleep on it overnight ;-)

Yes, if you do it regularly. So does heat tools, wearing your purse strap on the same shoulder, brushing, etc. That's why it's important to limit styling and damage causing practices.

My hair is now down to my waist so do you think it might work to create your hairstyle with that much hair on my head?

That would be very difficult. If you don't cut the length, adding some layers could help to add volume. Aside from that, you may just want to style it straight. Like how Miss Venezuela wore her's to MU 2018.
