I always use engine braking. It's very helpful in tricky situations. And also it helps the sprockets to evenly wear out.

GT has Auto caliper and quick shifter . Don't think so .it affect gear box and engine I think so

Ye gear shift down without clutch use main to salo se apne honda livo .Splendor . Or Honda dream hoga me karta aa rha hun apne friend se sikha tha jo cigarette pite huye one hand se bike chalata tha or without clutch use gear shift down karte dekha to sikh gya tbhi se
