Hey everyone! Welcome to my channel. I will help you learn color separations for T-shirt printing.
In this tutorial, learn how to create a CMYK + simulated color separation in Photoshop for screen printing. We'll use a specific image and show how to separate the bright red color as a spot color. Using CMYK halftone actions, we will demonstrate the process of CMYK separation and removing the spot color data from the cyan, magenta, and yellow channels while preserving it in the black channel. We'll then convert the CMYK channels to halftones, and show how to convert the red to inverted halftones at 45 degrees to blend well with black. Make sure to follow along with the tutorial and download the necessary actions from the link in the description. Happy printing!
