Today i will show you how to do competitor analysis for a product with examples and by using the method from the framework i personally use for years now.
Doing competitor analysis for a product you want to sell or promote is one of the most important steps you must do before you jump into action, Because based on that analysis you can determine if the product is worth doing for or not and most importantly you get to discover how the competition are handling the advertisements and their method approaching a potential customers for that product.
Competitive analysis in a business plan can actually influence your success or failure because simply if your competitor is succeeding with that product and you adopt the same technique he uses you can guarantee success as well.
