Hey Silvio ... I would recommend you start it and drive it and mow with it where you are going to purchase it .... make sure everything works well and the cut isn't uneven. Maje sure the brakes work and that you can set the parking brake and it will run when you get off. Make sure there isn't too much play in the steering and especially that it doesn't vibrate too much when cutting. Grab the blades underneath and jiggle and watch the pulleys over those blades and make sure they don't wobble (bad bearings) . Make sure not to pay much over $500 unless its pristine! Good luck!

Oh lord. Harry homeowner channel. If u need an engine or transmission rebuild call me.. Kiddn good vid man. There are many who aren't aware of general.maint. that's why tractors are on bad shape only after 150 200 hrs.

How do you remove the engine cover / fan shroud? I have to replace a head gasket, which is straightforward enough, except that I don't see fasteners for the fan shroud.

Okay where and when did they intend to have the oil filter replaced???? I have a 125LA and I’ve finger jammed this thing for an hour and can’t find an oil filter.

Do you measure oil level by just resting the cap on, or by screwing it down (on motorcycles, it varies depending on make/model)

Found it (RTFM).😁 1. Park machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.) 2. Lift hood. 3. Clean area around dipstick to prevent debris from falling into crankcase. 4. Remove dipstick (A). Wipe with clean cloth. 5. Install dipstick. · Briggs and Stratton Engines: Install and tighten dipstick. · Kohler Engines: Install dipstick in tube, but do not tighten it. Let dipstick threads rest on top of tube, turn cap counterclockwise until it "clicks" or starts to engage threads. 6. Remove dipstick. 7. Check oil level on dipstick. Oil must be between ADD and FULL marks. 8. If oil level is low, add oil to bring oil level no higher than FULL mark on dipstick. Do not overfill. 9. Install and tighten dipstick. Lower hood.

why does having the 5speed sacrifice the oil filter? Justing because the engine blew on my L100 so I got a used replacment intel 17hp but it has the oil filter.....installed it and it runs great?
