When I was smaller I always said I wanted to live in England, I love y’all accent.

@@NickaBellXOXOLOVE I don't have a British accent and I immigrated to the UK from May 1997. You wouldn't believe the different accents in the UK and some sound like patois. Most Jamaican are use to hearing the London accent but the entire UK don't sound like that. And they don't all speak like the Queen!!! Nope!!!! I have lived in Peterborough in Cambridgeshire and their accent is different, I have been to Birmingham to visit relatives and their accent is different and I don't like their accent. I have lived in Sheffield in South Yorkshire and their accent is different too and I am living in the Bassetlaw District in Nottinghamshire and this area accent is different too but I don't speak or sound like them. And I only speak patois when I am really upset and when I don't think people are listening to me. Most people when they hear me talk they think I am from the USA or Canada but only those who are born and raised Jamaican know where my accent is from because just like the UK, USA have different accent so does Jamaica and we don't all sound alike. I can tell if someone is from Jamaica just based on how they say certain things and we are very descriptive when we are talking about things, we do that naturally. We are even more descriptive when we are angry because we are going to tell you exactly what we think about you.
