I have used the Allkem full cover tips in xxlong square ,I apply a layer of the extend gel to give them strength and they last me 3 weeks.I’m a stay at home mom/ grandma ,they take all the rough work that comes with the jobs.Beautiful set👏🏼💅🏼

I've only ever tried kiara sky and Allkem. So far allkem is my favorite. Just got the square and love it. They last a long time for me , no breakage yet. I def wanna try apres soon. As always beautiful set

They look stunning!!!! I just have a question, why do most of my clients get burn. They get the heat spikes really bad. Ik when they have damaged nails or really thin nails but it’s really irritating && embarrassing … what can I do ? Or what am I doing wrong ? 😭😭😭😭

It’s completely normal it happens. You can move the light around and not have it sitting on one spot of the nail too long. Feel the nail to see if it’s getting hot, use low heat mode if your lamp has it. Don’t put too much pressure when pressing down and just explain to you client what’s going on

You don’t apply the nails right after you encapsulate the nails? You cure all the tips then apply them on ? They don’t pop off ??

Yes! It cures through the sides.

So my issue with this is the fact there’s no sanding being done. Unlike acrylic gel as we all know needs that to stick. I have had artist do this and the gel had separated from the tip. I just think that if i do them myself great lol but to pay more than $100 for that to happen after a week of wear I don’t think so.

Usually if I were to do this on my client I would prep their nails as I would acrylic but being that this is just a video showing how to encapsulate it’s not how I actually would do nails. I did a pop off method so I could take it off right away. Nails like these on my clients last 4-6weeks

You can but it can become thick and bulky and just make you stress out lol

Yeah they are suppose to. When you etch the nail or put primer on them the numbers disappear.

what’s crazy is that this nail breaking issue is happening across the board with customers of apres. !! 🙀 what’s going on?!?! they’re held at such a high standard it’s weird that this issue is happening to a lot of people especially D.I.Yers.

@@glammedbeauty very true! didn’t look at the description before i commented so that’s my bad. but i am seeing a consistent issue with nails breaking with apres specifically with people that do their nails at home. it’s like the mass manufacturing are coming out with faulty tips. idk it’s weird but they’re still a A+ brand that’s very trust worthy!! it’s probably a regulation issue.

Does this prevent it from curing properly? I watched another video of an artist talk about how it’s not good to have it opaque around the nail bed area because then it can be uncured gel which can cause reactions?…
