Excellent instruction! I am in the process of getting my group certification for aerobics. This is fun enough, but also easy enough for most students to follow. I appreciate that Andrea does an excellent job of cuing. I

i just did this and i liked it. trust me im super lazy, but i think this is a good way to get your heart rate up. we gotta start working out ppl and eating right. i do not want high chlosterol, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, etc.

@thedeathberry33. Yes ,it gets you in shape. Although this video shows basic moves. There's more complicated/intense ones

@Muhneds i say as long as you do it then okay. It's good to increase your time gradually though. Like start with 20 minutes and work it up to 30 then. From 30 got to 40 or 45. Then up to an hour. Also try to incorporate different moves in or different activities

These are the same exercises I do on my own but I always considered them to be "low impact." I guess I'm burning more calories than I thought. :)

@Muhneds The goal is how long your target heart rate is maintained, not how long you do aerobics. 20 minutes at target heart rate is good. 40 is great.

uuuuh, the defenition of 'aerobics' is an excersise that gets your heart rate up without putting undue stress on the muscles, which is anaerobic exercise, jogging is aerobic exercise, I've never seen that coreagraphed
