Hi JAG Team Families! We hope this tutorial will help you know how to your daughter's hair for gymnastics competitions. We expect the girls to arrive at a competition with their hair done in a tight, well hair-sprayed bun, with a scrunchy.
Please use 2 rubber bands to secure a ponytail, then use a 3rd rubber-band to secure the bin. Use LOTS of hairspray and any clips or hobby pins necessary. Then always cover the bun and rubber bands with a scrunchy!
