I was not able to understand *Halasana* then I found out I did not have hamstrings streched enough, so I saw your *Paschimottasana* video, from that I needed to master *Mountain pose* , so Im able to find my way back to yoga. Hello there. This is a new subscriber. You explain in an awesome manner. I have been doing yoga at a class for a few months before lockdown. During lockdown when I started doing mountain pose by myself my left elbow hurt towards outside(like tennis elbow). The pain is there for 3-4days. Don't know why this happened. It never happened in classes. Did I do something wrong? Pls reply

I guess u missed warm up. Try to do more of warm up and avoid any posture which hurts for a while remember your body heals🙏

Distance between feet and arm is not appropriate.... arm should be more forward ... the way his neck his down it can creat pain in the next so neck should be in bicep line .. Namstey 🙏🙏
