This just showed a very basic Rakat. Depends on your prayer time or whether you are with Imam, Prayer also bit different. I'll learn more about it a little bit more. . I reverted one month ago from Christianity. Do it, it is the best thing you can do. You will feel so blessed all the time knowing you are Muslim and that your Creator is pleased with you. It’s hard with family and friends, but that is our test and as Qur’an says all of these efforts are noted down as good deeds. Allah promises to reward those who do good things, making sure their efforts are never wasted.

Imam mumtaz is from Pakistan. I know only Muslim imam in Korea only from Arab,Indonesia and malayia,this is first time I watched imam from my country and Pakistans are jolly and I think only Turkish sisters and brothers know this

@Pk Amponn no, that means peace and blessings of God to Muhammad (P.B.U.H), the word Salaam means "Peace", so basically, it's a dua that you make to God in the last part of prayer that sending peace and blessings to the Holy Prophet.. I hope u understand.. thank you

@Pk Amponn we never say peace be upon YOU (Prophet), we say Peace be Upon "HIM" (Which means (May) God bless the Prophet.. obviously, not talking to Prophet.. I know Arabic pretty well, and grammatically there is no contradiction or error in this..

Pk Amponn Dude you can't just translate an arabic phrase word by word as oftentimes it loses its sense/true meaning. The one you've mentioned simply means "Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you oh Messenger"

I like how the Imam mentioned the prayers in order: Maghrib, Isha, Fajr, Duhr and Asr. As we know, in the Islamic calendar, the night precedes the day. Maghrib is the beginning of the new day.

I think this might be the best video I’ve come across so far. It might not be a step-by-step guide to performing a specific prayer, but I feel like it really covers the basics of what you need to know to pray right. Someone in my Dungeons & Dragons group was curious as to how I pray and I think this is the best I can send them (short of a video of me praying). It even has explanations!

The order of steps that he said is exactly the same as how it was taught by my master. It goes like this শরীর পাক- Body clean কাপড় পাক- Clothes clean নামাজের জায়গা পাক- place to say Salah clean সতর ঢাকা- Properly covering oneself কিবলা মুখি হ‌ওয়া- Turn in the direction of Kibla ওয়াক্ত মত নামাজ পরা- Say prayers on time নামাজের নিয়ত করা- say Niyyah before prayers

I remember very well that I was 7 years old when my father taught me how to pray, it was friday and he returned from friday prayer I was so eager to learn praying even though i already knew few postures I asked him, he sat beside me and taught me the right way, what surah I have to recite and how. My father passed away last year watching this video is reminding me of his so much
