At first, it felt like my legs were jelly and just would just do their own jiggly thing. After practicing it over and over, though, it slowly begins to just feel like walking and I don't have to think about it as much. I think that might be key to being able to do it; don't think about it, feel it. Thanks for the helpful video.

That's what the pause button is for. :) If you've never done this move before or if you've never danced before at all, you won't have the moves down by the end of the video. It will take practice and patience and hitting that pause button a lot. You'll get it.

Dude, thank you so much for these. I'm a 220lb white guy trying to get better at dancing before my wedding and these are a huge help. Hopefully with another month of daily 2 hour practice, I'll be able to do 3 minutes without pouring sweat. FYI for any other total beginners: One thing that's helping me is just going forward for about 10 steps getting the right and then back 10 doing the same over and over again.
