Update6 months and I'm still loving this bench. kzfaq.infoUgkxo_64lVTGMk7y4aXTPxPOcQ3YTLyQ6kYV I use it almost daily. I've gotten used to the small wobble and it's no problem at all. Love the storage, it folds right next to my weight set in the garage and hardly takes any space. I wish the covering material was a little bit tougher. I have a feeling that in a couple years it'll tear, but the bench is very well priced that I would just buy a new one.3 month usage review. Awesome bench for someone looking for compactness and storage. I did have to drill a couple holes to adjust my preferred seating position and leg bar position but that's only due to my personal preference. It's very sturdy for normal workouts, but for anyone going above 100# dumbbell press it wobbles ever so slightly. I would probably go with a fixed bench if that's the case. That being said i can accomplish 99% of my normal gym workout with this setup. Very happy with the purchase.

Good workout I had a wide back and chunky arms. I have been doing theses for a month now and only walking 20 to 30 min./ Friday to Mon.and have toned up my arms slimmed down on my back arm and stomach. It’s works wonders when you have chunky arms you want to slim down.

I do sets of these in 20s in between dumbell exercises, while I'm having a breather. After all, the tricep is 70% of your upper arm muscle. You cannot ignore it. Do them with straight legs, slowly.

i make the hardest Level. From beginning. 20x3. first 4 Weeks. Now in Week 5 i make 25x3. Its hard but its good.

Yes it is but I find push ups really hard, I can only knock out 12. Triceps dips are much easier!

... Level 4. Legs elevated. Level 5. Legs Elevated, only one leg is supporting your weight. Level 6. Triceps Dip between two chairs.... Level 7.... Level 8 :D and so on :D

Level 10 with 2 bars on each side of you where you pull your self up completely over them both and go back down and then up and then down and then up and then down

Everyone please don’t follow the form he shows you here. Bc that is a step towards injuring your shoulders. Please I don’t want you guys getting your shoulder injured like I haves. Please go watch athlean X’s video of the proper way to perform a bench dip. Please don’t perform this exercise how he shows it. Please. Do it properly which is shown by athlean x.

Internal rotation of the shoulder. This exercise, performed as demonstrated, might give you shoulder issues in that long term.

Hi, is there a max. size for a bench or chair you shouldnt exceed? I use a high chair, its very hard to do dips as a beginer, but its better than my bed, which is very low and I almost feel nothing. Would appreciate an answer thanks.
