To install VMware on Windows, follow the instructions to complete the installation. Click Next at all steps until the process is completed.
Download EVE-NG OVA
The easiest way to run EVE-NG on VMware is to download the ready to go OVA file then import it to the VMware Workstation/Player running on the Windows 10 host. We shall be downloading the Community Edition of EVE-NG [www.eve-ng.net/downloads/eve-ng-2].
Create/Import EVE-NG Virtual Machine on VMware
To import EVE-NG VM, click File then Open or press CTR+O, then navigate to the EVE-NG OVA file.
Configuring EVE-NG VM
Click on the {Edit Virtual Machine Settings} link as seen above to configure the VM. A configurations settings window will appear. follow the instruction of videos.
And now i successfully installed and configured EVE-NG on VMware. In the next video, I will show you how to use the web interface to create labs configurations.
