All forms will be uploaded separately on the CIC website, so there is no point to merge the forms. Maybe other documents you want to attach with a pdf then use online tools like smallpdf.com for merging pdfs. Hi Eli, please try uninstalling chrome and Acrobat Pdf. Restart ur pc and download both programs from their respective website. After installation you will have latest programs and this might be the problem. Still u have any issue let me know.

Hello, i was able to download it but it was an empty form like there were no my details, it's just had the questions but i uploaded with the answers, but when i downloaded it and opened it, it showed me the general form , this happens because of validation?

I m not mistaken? U have a option to upload the filled form, and separate tab for downloading the form. May be u are download the form. And i guess once you upload the form u can’t view u can only upload and replace the previous one.

Bro when I am going to fill forms in mozilla it indicates that Java script has been disabled and the form requires java script to validate properly please enable javascript through preferences under the edit menu and reopen the form

No. U don’t need any signature. Just upload the filled forms and at the end IRCC will ask for a digital sign, ur email id just before ur payment.

Brother, I searched on the internet I couldn’t find anything. After intensive search, I may wrong, I found that IMM 1017e from report will be sent directly to IRRC through approved medical examiner. you can ask ur doctor for upfront medical for you visa.

Dear Ellen. The forms will be generated once you put the correct questionnaires. My suggestion is to create a IRCC login and then you will find the relevant forms based on you needs. Just click the 'Validate' option in the form, once your form is completely filled and you have rechecked all the filled columns. Since, after Validating the form, it cannot be edited further.
