can i still have my mods installed and will it mess anything up?

I've down loaded both of the mods and i have the shed mods but the map isn't showing in game ive downloaded them both useing the like but the map isn't showing when i got into mod hub or to create a game

I can’t find where the mod bit is . When I downloaded them and I extracted them I could not drop it in anywhere because I don’t have a mod file to drop it in
