That is actually chocolate Icing and I colored it black with wiltons gel food coloring😊

@@eva_enns_17 You mean the melted white chocolate coloured black and green? Also I would be glad if you could help me with one more thing. I frosted the cake with whipped cream(white) and then to write I coloured the whipped cream with wilton blue gel colour. I kept in the fridge overnight. In the morning the blue color bled to white frosting. What do I use to write on cakes ?

The green is whipped cream and the black is icing.

I draw a rough sketch on the cake with a toothpick and then I use small round tips to draw the image.
