Hello Enea, I did this tutorial and it worked very well, thank you! Just wondering if you know what the key are on a Mac to increase the size of the circles when you press shift + control I believe on Windows. I wasn’t able to find it.

Hello Julie, thank you for your comment, and I am glad that it worked well. I had a quick look, and from what I understand, the shortcut should be cmd + shift to expand from the center (while keeping the proportions) on a Mac. Glad that you liked it. It is a form of artistic expression first and foremost, but designing mandalas and sacred geometry figures is also a great way to practice one's design skills, and improve one's proficiency with with the graphic program used.
