It doesn't have to be perfect. It is just to be used as a base. And if you draw traditionally, you can use a compass for that.

I used a Procreate tool that does that for me. But you can do it from scratch and it doesn't need to be perfect.

Any software will do the job. I use Photoshop and Procreate.
