Okay, I understand how to do it. I think this is called "FM modulation" and it's basic functions can be done by FL Studios Frequency Shifter. I achieved a similar effect by lowering the Frequency knob to -90,0Hz. I'm not sure if I actually combined a speech sample with a sine waveform, but at least it sounds like it. I hope by writing this comment I will help someone in the future. If so, send a cat 🐈
