I have sketched off an on since childhood. In the 1990’s I began to watercolor and enjoyed this but was drawn back to sketching only because gathering supplies to sketch is easy, pencil and paper. In the last few months I discovered colored pencils. In the past, I wasn’t crazy about them. I am now 70 and retired and decided to give colored pencils another try. I checked out some You Tube videos and wow, I was hooked. I especially want to learn to make realistic drawings and see that with this medium it is possible. I enjoy your videos very much and am amazed at the results achieved.

Hi Ali, My reason for wanting to take part is that you are the first one I followed as I hadn't drawn for over 30 years. Please do more colored pencil tutorials. You get to the point so much quicker than others. Most colored pencil tutorials are like 4 to 6 hours long! You break it down it quick so I can get to work!

hi Ali, my reason for wanting to partake in this is simple, i'm just starting out seriously trying to improve my artwork. i am 25 and have always doodled and sketched throughout my life but never seriously took the time to learn and further any skills. i would get started and just lose motivation if i thought my drawings weren't good enough. Throughout this isolation period i am experiencing in australia, it has given me a reason to finally TRY and keep pushing even when i feel i'm not enough. Because I always try to draw realistic drawing with colour pencil but the lack of material it cannot be as I use camlin 24 color in which there are not much colour hopping for your support..love your channel and congratulations..

Hello! Im watching your video and im Glad to find you. I took your curs but there i didnt find anything about portret zone. Maybe you will do something just for portret and drawing with color pencil.
