Tips if you wanna appear taller 1- wear high waisted bottoms 2- shorter/cropped shirts and jackets 3- wear vertical stripes 4- add height increasing insoles to your shoes 5- wear chunkier shoes 6- wear flared pants 7- get a hairstyle with shorter sides and longer on the top 8- tuck in shirts 9- long sleeve shirts also make you look taller 10- if you’re younger eat a lot of calcium rich foods and fish oil capsules And I’ve heard hanging from ledges and doing chin-ups also improves height but idk for sure…
