This is a well-illustrated video that is brief, informational and easy to digest. I had several instructors but none of them could explain things to me in details like this. They usually just tell me to follow a set of rules which could be conflicting and confusing at times. It takes some comprehensive knowledge of physics, chemistry, engineering and even psychology to deliver such an amazing video! Thank you so much! BIG FAN!

This was the most interesting video on the subject of driving through rain and what to do in such a situation. You don't drag things out and make things easy to remember.

Your videos have really helped me a lot to become a better driving, quick and straight to the point with useful editing for visuals. I was wondering if you'd be able to do a video for night time driving. A long with one about driving in narrow streets in the cottage country. I was driving to some place on the cottage country road and all went well, but was just very nervous going 80 kmh where some roads seemed to be narrow. I had good minimum eye lead time to stay center, but was just still nervous. Thanks again for these videos, I'm getting more comfortable to where I'll be doing my in car test.

Always wanted to know why sedans didn't have the rear wipers, today you totally cleared my doubts! Thx a lot! Your videos are great! I've had a lot of driving lessons with an instructor, but he didn't taught me so many things, that I feel like I still don't know how to drive, even though I paid for a lot for it 😥 Your videos are a huge help for people like me! Again, thx a lot!

Your channel is worth its weight in gold or in this case the prevention of many bashed bodywork, despair, penalty points, & increased auto insurance premium. For decades, I have used to wait till the windows become kinda fogged up before turning on the defogger & setting the fan on high. Then I listened to you and what a difference it makes. Thank you so very much dear Conduite Facile!

Ya, if you wait till the windows are already fogged, it'll take a lot longer. The best thing to do in that case is to open your windows completely, if possible of course. Not in the pouring rain.

Thank you so much for these videos! I just past my knowledge test and I still have no idea how to move a car after 2 trials. I'll be binge watching the fundamentals before trying again tomorrow. This is the most random question, but did you grow up trilingual? French is my native language and I'm fluent in Am. English, but haven't gotten further than beginner-intermediate level in Spanish. The best channels on KZfaq teach Spanish from Spain, but I'm in the U.S. Any tips???
@ConduiteFacile
@ConduiteFacile 7 жыл бұрын
I was born in Portugal, so Portuguese is my first language, then I moved to Canada when I was about ten years old, and learned French and English in a few months (you learn fast when you're a kid). I learned Spanish in the last 2-3 years (and it shows, LOL). Google translate is a very good tool to learn Spanish. Also, watch a lot of movies/videos in Spanish. It helps. And speak it. Even if you speak it to yourself, alone in front of your computer while reading an article in Spanish, you have to speak it. A language is a psychomotor skill. Your tongue is a muscle, you have to train it. J'espère que ça peut t'aider. Bonne chance.

when i turn on the heat at the windshield it consumes gas?
@ConduiteFacile
@ConduiteFacile 4 жыл бұрын
No. The heat is already there, the car doesn't have to generate it. Apparently, 80% of the energy that comes from gas is lost in heat in a car. That's why electric vehicles are a lot more energy efficient. Turning on the AC does consume more gas though.
