A popular and responsible way of freely being a little silly behind the wheel is at the track, not on the street. This video shows competitors in V8 powered cars of all types smoking tyres all day long in what is essentially a fun 'cruising' event at Winton Motor Raceway.

Thanks for a cool video, but the description should read: "This video shows competitors in V8 powered cars of 99.99999999% Holdens smoking tyres all day long in what is essentially a fun 'cruising' event at Winton Motor Raceway where we try not to film anything other than Holdens..." lol Still a cool video, thanks FullBoost, but I spotted some sweet looking cars just out of shot that would have been great to see, in place of another limiter bashing LS... Please bring the variety guys!

MostlyPostie 80% of the cars at these events are Holden, its not our fault the Fords were left at home :) We will only use footage of cars that are actually smoking the tyres. There is another video we made with 6-cylinders only which features different cars.

Are the hoon laws regularly enforced and if so what are fines for some basic stuff. Burnouts, loud exhaust, stuff like that.

randombk82894 Depending on where you live, but generally in Australia first offence ( speeding / burnouts etc ) your car will be impounded for 30 days and you'll have to pay a lot of $$ in fines and court fees.

I have never felt so lucky in my life. In the states a burnout where i live is considered an unsafe start, which if you go to court it will usually be reduced to a parking ticket which is only a small fine. Less than $125
