In this video I wanted to show how to dry strawflowers. I will be showing how to dry strawflowers with stems and strawflower heads. I will also be talking about how to know when your strawflowers are dry. Strawflowers are also know as Bracteantha Bracteata, Helichrysum bracteatum monstrosum fl. pl. , Xerochrysum bracteatum , and everlasting flowers.

I love straw flowers. They have such radient, beautiful colors. The best thing is you can almost never tell if they are real flowers or not. You did very good vedios on them. Thanks.

hi there i/ve grown these for the first time this year they are lovely. but can you tell me is there anything i have to do with them over the UK winter please ?

Hi, Strawflowers are one of my favorite flowers to grow! Strawflowers can tolerate light frosts, but they can't tolerate freezes. I'm not sure what your climate is like. I have grown them indoors already under lights, watch out for aphids. You could try putting them in a heated garage. I hope that helps you!
