Please don't invest in these stocks based on dividend yield. If you look at dividend yield formula it is divided/stock price. Since stock price is decreasing dividend yield seems to be high. So don't fall in this trap

4 out of 5 are wealth destroyers. Incase of BPCL, the last dividend included special dividend due to sale of refinery. That's the reason yield is on higher side.

Useless to go for high dividend payout since it will be taxable. On the contrary, if you buy shares of Companies with less dividend payouts , the value will increase

It's not for everyone. Just like how one person like to invest in FDs, RDs. One has the habit of keeping diverse option in their portfolio. Not at all a bad decision. It's personal choice

But dividend k chaakar m Share depreciate ho k capital decrease na ho jaye. Always come in stock market for capital appreciation. Dividend is sub product. So please invest for capital growth not for dividend otherwise you will be in loss as per inflation

Companies can rise and reduce dividend pay.......cannot guarantee above ₹1 lakh in dividends every year......I suggest good fund manager or that Divident SmallCase instead of these stocks

Hi Nilesh, You will be eligible to receive the dividend for stocks you bought before the ex-date. Note that you won't get a dividend if you buy the stock on the ex-date, but you will be eligible if you sell them on the ex-date. Thank you
