This example of selling summaries of books is usually flagged by Amazon for IP infringement when the book is not in the public domain. Anyway, it is a good approach for entrepreneurs like myself; there is plenty to do, especially in China, where i am based.

They replied about it in another comment, but they basically said that the books are public domain and the book he created is a review book that reviews those books. If you look at the book in the google drive, it either comments on the books to provide a summary or annotates certain topics and descriptions presented in those books.

This content (aka summary) generated by ChatGBT is not correct. Chatgbit can't search information from web. I tried it and chatgbit specifically told me it can't do that. I further asked how it came up with such summaries. It said it used its language models to come up with the idea. Therefore, the summary generated by chatgbt is not actually from the books.

I had a similar issue. Max tokens parameter needs to be high enough to ensure the response is covered within the limit. Mine was set to 10 which isnt enough for a simple response.

Many of the persons promoting this line of business are not being completely honest. Many services are verfying the validity of the content i.e. AI or original. The AI service can be helpful as a starting point and to provide some structure but one should personalize the final product if not crapaud smoke ya pipe.

ChatGPT has limited data until 2021. Maybe the book you wanted to summarise wasn’t available back when ChatGPT was programmed🤷🏽♂️ Or it contained explicit or „inappropriate“ content which might restrict it from summarising it

This may work in the short term, but you can't tell me Amazon and others won't be flooded with books created by AI. That completely devalues books in general and the information they contain. You're technically selling a chatgpt prompt if they can just regenerate the same info. It KILLS me when I see people posting AI generated art by people who are NOT artists and pretend like it's something they created and no one can tell.
