Thank you very much for the video! A question, when the customer places an order for a gift card I don't get the purchase notification. Does it have to be configured somewhere additionally?

Usually, when you set up a WooCommerce store, you should go through its key settings. This includes "Emails." Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Emails. Check the "New order" to see if the "Recipients(s)" column has your email address. If not, click the "Manage" button to add yours. Are you the admin of your store, if not, I'm not sure if you'll be able to add another email here? Normally, the online WooCommerce store will default to an admin's email address for a new order. Let me know if that helps.

Hi, this was super helpful. Two questions, how can i only enable credit as payment method and remove cash on delivery? I also want to add expiry date to this gift card, how can I do that?

As for this plugin, if you want to set the expiry date, you have to buy the pro version. But, how it works for this pro version, it automatically sets an expiration date based on the purchase date. You might want to explore other gift card plugins for what you're looking for. As for enabling credit as a payment method, is this credit from a gift card? To remove cash on delivery, you have to go to the WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payments and find the option called "Cash on Delivery," make sure it's disabled.

Why is my gift card not showing up in my store? How do I link the product to my store page?

Hi, there! Did you add a new product page for your gift card? If so, what's the name? When you added a new product page, did you pick the right type of your product? This section is in the "Product data - " section, it's a dropdown box. Click the dropdown and select "PW Gift Card." And if you get this far, did you add a gift card amount? You should be able to see this tab called "Gift Card." Don't forget to publish or save your product page after completing everything. If you follow the steps I mentioned here, you should be able to see your gift card under your "Shop" page. If not, let me know, and you may need to walk me through the steps on what you did to create your gift card page so I can help you troubleshoot this issue. By the way, you can even add it to your main menu by looking for that product page in the "Menus" section.
