Yeah, this is not what it looks like at the recommended level... Even with a full team. As you can't progress the game without beating this, you can't really overlevel your weapons either to get that DPS.

You may not be able to over level your weapons, but re-running missions and getting all level 26+ gear and then making sure you have the proper mods for damage and whatnot will definitely get you past this boss :)
