Installing mods can be a complicated process and it seems like it's different for every game! Let me show you baby birds, oh I'll show you alright, here's how you EASILY install most mods on Resident Evil 2.

You might need to disable the content filtering in nexus. Sometimes it shows as nsfw for some reason.

FINALLY someone actually explains where you're supposed to put the mods themselves. for some reason every other tutorial completely ignores this step

I want to say thanks for making this tutorial. You made it easy to follow and straight to the point. For those who can't find the Games folder in the mod manager folder, it won't show if your antivirus is blocking the manager.

@@thewendigo8810 I wouldn't turn off my antivirus entirely, just manually unblock the mod manager specifically if it is blocked. It's a thing to do only if the Games folder isn't available.

Mine won't I even resorted to old version I turned the mods on and won't work but it is my first time on pc do I need to complete the game

I believe so, I haven’t tested, but that’s how it works with other managers.

Same method for RE3 and I don’t believe the Dx version matters. If it does, it’ll show on the mod page.

Even completey re-install the non-RT version, MOD still no dice.... simply wont work any more, at least on my end. Wish you luck

@@hcwang9731 I got it to work eventually. Lots of problems and hair pulling. Turned out to be missing DLC crashing it, so had to buy Ezra Walker.

Tried it. Apparently old costume mods don't work with the new raytracing. This sucks. I just wanted to play with Leon's resi 4 jacket.

Yes you can. The mods can only replace costumes already in the game though. For example, some mods require you to have the Arklay Sherif DLC for their costume mod to work etc.
