In this video, I share how you can easily pick up new personal training clients from the gym floor.
Once you master getting new clients from the gym floor, you will never have to worry about where your next client is coming from.
The wonderful thing about the gym floor is that you have an endless supply of prospects who are already paying to be there, so you know they are already open to investing in their fitness, health, and well-being.
If you were to ever try speaking to someone about personal training outside of a bus stop, or a train station, then I am sure you would appreciate how easy you have it working in a gym full of paying members.
Here are some tips I go over to make this process as easy as possible:
1. Don't make it complicated. Keep it simple & just ask them how they are doing.
2. Always offer your free assessment in your first encounter if possible.
3. Don't interrupt people who are doing a high-intensity workout.
4. Don't over analyse whether to approach or not. What's the worst that can happen?
5. Find a good observation position to be in when you are not speaking to anybody.
Remember, one member, one vote. If someone is rude to you, shrug it off and speak to the next member when possible. You can't afford to be shy, or sensitive when it comes to growing your business.
