I have been eating lobsters since I was five and have always been surprised at how few know about the pockets of lobster meat in the body so I am glad this guy knows about it. Forme, the tail is the best part but the tomalley is the second-best part. I really should try this year to switch from boiling mine to steaming them.

Im watching this bc I looove crab but have never really had lobster, I tried a piece and it was a bit like crab claw (which I am not a big fan of) so I never tried it again. Now that I'm starting to overcome the texture of a crab claw, I want to give lobster another try. I wish I could watch you do a crab. I've noticed that no matter what animal it is, the parts that people usually skip over are always "the best part". I think it's a mental thing. You could literally eat all of the meat off of an animal and someone would be like "but the heart is the best part of the animal"
