Quedé sorprendida con la preparación, a pesar que no entendí muy bien los ingredientes. Soy de Tucumán, en la República Argentina, no vi que vendieran esa parte del pollo(patas) en los supermercados. Y en el campo esa parte se le cocinaba para los perros. Nunca vi tampoco la fruta que preparó; sí el áloe vera. Lo uso para las quemaduras o raspones en la piel como cicatrizante y es buenísimo. Sobre todo cuando arde. Se lo limpia igual, lo pelas y colocas en la piel. Pero no sabía cómo preparar para ingerir. Estoy sorprendida. Gracias por compartir. Saludos!!

Aloe actually has no taste but has the texture of grapes (if you wash the aloe slime off) i bought aloe leaves from walmart, peeled them, cut them up and then rinsed all the slime off. I then put the aloe chunks into white grape juice.......it was so good!!
