I’m in college and sometimes they send care packages of ramen. I just eat the crunchy noodles. If I’m feeling extra fancy, I’ll open the flavor packet

My favorite way to eat crunchy ramen is by breaking the ramen up in small pieces in its original bag, then open the bag, pour it into a sandwich bag, pour the spicy packet in there, then shake it up so they all get coated evenly. 🤌

We usually fry sausage and veggies in some oil, then add water and the spice packs (we usually have nongshim kimchi ramyeon). When the veggies are half done we add cubed tofu, and when the veggies are soft we put in the noodles and some extra kimchi and let boil a couple of minutes. A splash of cream if we have some and voilà. 👌

@Maria_Angel it's common in my country to eat it that way. The noodle korean Ramen use aren't hard uncooked ones. Korean Ramen uses fried an processed noodles so it's fine to eat them raw and it tastes good with the seasoning.
