🍅Tomato marinade ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 10g basil
- 1 lemon (or 5 spoons of lemon juice)
- 6 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 spoons of honey
- A little salt and pepper
🍅Tomato marinade recipe
1. Blanch the tomatoes for 1 minute and peel them.
2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
3. Cut the onion into small squares.
4. Finely chop the basil.
5. Squeeze 1 lemon to make juice.
6. Put tomatoes, onions, and basil in a bowl (5 spoons of lemon juice / 6 spoons of extra virgin olive oil / 2 spoons of honey / a little salt and pepper) and mix.
* Tomato marinade tastes better if you eat it after it has aged in the refrigerator.
