Hi! I am loving your videos and I have one quick question about CapCut! Instagram and TikTok have been making it harder to jump from platform to platform in terms of posting the same video. So now I am on the lookout for an app or editor where I can edit and then export to my phone to post on both platforms. Without losing quality or sound from the original videos. When I looked into CapCut the problem that I ran into was having the video quality be over exposed and heightening colors throughout all of my clips. Do you have a suggestion on how to change it? Or do you have an app or editing software that you highly recommend?? I would really appreciate that! 🙏🏽

Same happened to me when I would post on both platforms, best thing to do is use the hsl on CapCut and lower the saturation on any color u would see when posting on another site w a CapCut video, also when ur done editing on CapCut use the 4K downloading option. Basically what this guy said on the video is literally ur answer sir.

When u recording with your iPhone do you adjust de exposure? Or you do that in the editor? Also u have the HDR option on in the iPhone?

yes, pull the exposure down to -0.7 / 1.0. I do not use HDR.

Hey! I tried doing a vlog filmed with iPhone 12. I then put them together in CapCut and when I upload, they show as low quality in reels. The colors change, quality goes down. By chance have you experienced this? I have high quality uploads turned on. Seems to only be when I upload iPhone clips

@@citiestoash hmm what do you mean by that? I just import iPhone clips into CapCut, edit and export 4K. Then upload to IG and then I have that problem :/

@@Applefanboy2012 You’re on the right track 👌🏻 what I mean is, do you let the whole video play out in the part of the uploading process that says next? Dane has a video on this step by step here on the channel. I recommend it if you haven’t seen it. It goes into detail better than I could in a single comment. But I hope I could help

@@citiestoash ah yes. I do let the slider thing go all the way out. However it doesn’t help. I did a test. I took some iPhone clip and uploaded as a reel. Same problem. Could it Because of the HDR on iPhone?

@@Applefanboy2012 it’s a possibility. Personally I record on iPhone too. I have my video settings in 4K with 30-60 FPS depending on whether I want to work in slow mo or not. Export from CapCut in 4K. And let the video run through entirely right before uploading. Haven’t had a problem Definitely think it could be the hdr. I’d run some testing without it
