kzfaq.inforRUAJjQFsJM - Full June Meeting
"So I met with the contract first thing in the morning My general contractor was off doing something else So I was the lead there Wanted to get him started Wanted to make sure he had the right materials and he wanted to make sure that he was doing the right things Folks if you don't manage your contractors you're going to end up with a mess Somebody has to manage them unless you want to pay exor It was simply taking up some old bushes and trees and planting some new plantings around a space that we're trying to lease It's been taking a little longer to lease this particular space than usual and a commercial property that I own We came up with hey we had to open it up a little bit get some of these bushes out make it a little brighter more open Well I got a bid literally for replacing a couple of these bushes spreading a little mulch really for a professional 2 3 hour job for seventeen hundred dollars and i just said you know enough's enough i mean i know we have an inflation but at some point we got to kind of put our foot in the ground say hey It's just too much"
