@@esayahobado Yes!!!!!!! This is the news I like to hear and good job on the salary. The average salary for new BAs this year is about 85k so you did well. Amazing!!! Congratulations and so happy for you!

is it wise to try asking if they have an idea of how they think the process would work better, or better still.....are there things they think should work better?

Hi Stanley, thanks for watching. Yes you can ask about how they think the process would work better, however I caution against having problem discovery conversation mixed in with solutioning.
