Thank you soooo much I did my training today in th morning for my Ricoma embroider and I speend all day watching videos to learn how to digitalize to at lest to one embroidery today I was struggling so much the hole day and I came across your video and I was able to digitalize and made 4 different caps with 4 different names in to time... thank youuu so much!!!

The timing of this couldn't be better. I just contacted Ricoma yesterday as I was considering updating my Chroma Inspire to the Chroma Luxe. I also mentioned that I have had my EM-1010 for over a year and I hadn't done a cap, other than training, and I could not remember how to do it. They did send me a link to the customer portal (which I have not had a chance to go to yet) to watch the training video, but I think this is much better. So thank you!

This tutorial was right on time for me and fantastic!! I just got my EM 1010 on Monday and my training is Friday, this tutorial was way more in depth than my pre training. Now I feel like I can actually hoop a hat before my training, thanks for sharing!!!
