Probably because it takes until 1:50 to get to the Device Manager when you could have said, "type Device Manager" in the W10 search box in the first 10 seconds. Just my suggestion.

@@TECHSYNERGIST i did not give it a dislike, but i can see at least a few valid reasons for it. 1) you did not use the easiest, fastest or safest way to get a new user into the device manager. making a novice aware of compmgmt.msc is a dangerous thing for the considerable percentage of users that are curious about things they do not understand. this could result in worse issues than not having bluetooth, and guiding the user directly to Device Manager without going through Computer Management first would be the prudent thing to do. (there are like 6 ways to accomplish this, but WIn-X and then M is the fastest way and will leave the novice user out of any more "hows and whys" than absolutely neccessary. another is that you completely blew over the prompt to install .NET without addressing how or why it may prompt the user. You also called it an update, when it's a feature installation. A feature installation that can cause some .NET applications to stop functioning if the .NET application did not explicitly state it's .NET version, something VERY common for early version 1 .NET applications, since there was only 1 version at the time. Casually telling the user "they can install it if they want" is wreckless. I could state 2 or 3 other things, but i'm not trying to beat a dead horse or be mr. negative. i'm simply answering y'alls questions, because that's what i do . answer questions. lol

or right-click start button. devmgr is right there too. or for the absolute quickest way, Win-X then M and you're at device manager. i think the only msc's i launch by name these days are lusrmgr.msc and gpedit.msc

it really depends if your computer has no bluetooth adapter or if its no longer working.

have you tried the Dell website for you computer model drivers?

We, ordinarily that would be a good logical step. I have XP PRO and I want to keep it. I believe if I connect to the internet and go to Dell for a driver, but from what I see I don’t think it even has one installed. I can take a pocket flat blade screwdriver and pop the top cover off before I finish writing this, and look! I can buy one, install it then I am back here. I don’t know but expect ten thousand Viruses are waiting to “See” an XP PRO and attack it. Honestly, I can disassemble your entire vehicle into 3,283 parts, tell you what each one does and how it works, put it together and it will run like new and NOT leak. I am that guy. I worked with 6 types of serial data, but have know idea how the internet (Other than the basic premise) but due to my IP address, it may indicate by code, it’s an older unit, no longer supported and attack it. I use word, publisher and a GM electronic service CD set that covers an 8 year period. Thru a series of ironic conditions, I ended up with a 1967 C10 pickup. Then a family member hit a tree on black ice, towed it to me and now I am installing a fuel injected engine with the features of a new $45,000 pickup. At 13, on the farm you could drive to school or farm. I bought a 65 C10 Apache and this brings back memories. Oh well, everyone has a story! Never went to school for auto repair, just an apprenticeship in a two man shop with a really sharp guy, and I was the sponge. Went to a dealer, hired in 15 minutes, married a few years later, two kids and 40 years disappeared. I help others on forums but someone is always smarter. I just had to work on everything from bumper to bumper, tractors, combines, weld and electrical. That and automatic scare many. Lots of guys should not be working on your car or anyone else’s. Well I'm not as awesome as you but if you're computer has no Bluetooth adapter built-in maybe look into a Bluetooth receiver adapter where you can plug in the USB and should be able to work. I have a cheap one I got then and it works fine for the time but if I were you research on Bluetooth Adapter / receiver or transmitter and see which options are for you

Then chances are the adapter went bad or you need an updated driver but the updated driver is a rare case from what i know
