How to Engine Swap 03 Honda Accord Part3 Harness removal

Hello, Thanks for clicking, In this video I pick up on the ole 4cylinder Honda accord engine swap. I remove the engine harness, intake manifold, which leads to the starter and alternator electrical connections and Transmission harness connections, I lay everything to the side and make sure every wire is unplugged to allow the engine and transmission to be pulled out with no problem.

I have the same car lol thinking of doing the same What are you swapping the engine for ??? Im thinking a K24a for mines not sure

I'm actually just replacing the engine customer said it wouldn't turn on and already bought an engine so I swapped it for him, part 4 will be up soon, it's really not that difficult

Question…if you’re removing the main wiring harness plugs(one’s right next to the master cylinder), why are you removing every individual wire too?

I remember leaving the harness connected to the car, I don’t think it’s the same as the eg civic and integras

I am currently replacing the transmission on my 04 accord thanks to these videos, but what i found to be easier is to just disconnect the main harness from the two big plugs next to the master cylinder that way i dont have to disconnect injectors or any of those sensors while motor is in the car. Only part of the harness i did have to remove is the one that goes to the alternator/starter as that goes directly to the fuse box. Not sure if this is what @305tyrone meant. But still thanks to your videos i decided to do the work on my car lol
